About Pico
Founded in 2015, Pico focuses on VR/AR products development, aiming to provide superior XR experience through excellent products and eco system.

**Responsibilities**:
1, Manage PICO South East Asia software and content planning, including video content, game content release schedule, software function updates, alignment with headquarters operation team and BD team;
2, Responsible for user growth and user operation in PICO South East Asia, focus on key indicators such as user DAU/weekly active users, weekly usage time, through Data Analysis, cooperate with the sales team to provide corresponding content solutions;
3. Assist in managing user tests and services, collect user feedback, formulate corresponding FAQ, and improve product User Experience
4. Improve user activity and paid order purchase rate of content stores
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or above experience in consumer electronics/Internet industry/game industry;
2. Strong communication skills, able to adapt to fast-paced work, patient and meticulous, good at thinking deeply about problems, and have excellent logical thinking and problem analysis skills;
3, Experience in international market user operation in game/VR/AR industry is a plus.
