**Responsibilities** This position reports directly to the Manager (Platform Operations). This role is an executive for user operations and customer service operations for Marine Online and related properties. This role will be supported with team members. - Adept in conduct of KYC/KYB activities, with at least 3 years of related experience, preferably B2B at a respectable ecommerce / related service provider. - Have participated in teams for KYC/KYB, Customer Service and related functions, with a deep understanding of considerations and SOPs. - Able to assess and understand KYC/KYB requirements for maritime industry and basic eligibility. - Able to understand stakeholder needs and execute plans to deliver on needs. Able to be a team player to execute data management plans and enhance internal and external user touchpoints. **The tasks to be carried out within this role are**: - Execute User Operations and Customer Service tasks to achieve business goals. - Monitor operations and report issues to request for resolutions to increase efficiency, delivering higher service quality. - Provide meaningful feedback with relevant context to Platform Operations and Training Team, contributing to service improvements. - Interact with Business Units to uncover and understand Customer and Internal User painpoints, reporting issues to Platform Operations. Champion KYC/KYB processes, routinely update Business Units on new developments. **Team Fit**: - Balanced world view with understanding of a global maritime market. - Interest in world affairs, supply & demand, geo-politics & their effects. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Mandarin). - Keen eye for detail. - Organized & process driven. - Critical thinking. - Advanced skills in MS Office software or equivalent. - "Play to Win" attitude. - Team player.
