My client is one of the famous Cryptocurrency Exchange, the role will be based in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for user activity and retention. Developing user stratification strategy through data mining and product analysis, establishing marketing models, and building user lifecycle operation strategy.
- Responsible for user tag project. Continuous development based on business objectives, perfecting user tag library, completing the internal tutorial, and training on the user guide of tag.
- Proficiency in using operational tools to accomplish trading business targets.
- Analyze user behavior, develop product solutions to improve user activity and retention, communicate with the product department, and promote product optimization and iteration.
- Regularly monitor business data, produce analysis reports, identify problems and opportunities, and optimize business processes.

Job Requirements:

- A bachelor's degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in user operation and activity operation in the Internet/financial industry, and experience in well-known exchanges or traffic distribution platforms is preferred.
- Insight into users, familiar with various user growth models and gameplay, with own operation methodology.
- Independent and complete data analysis ability, quick to discover the correlation between business and data, good at refining operation.
- Good self-driven and learning ability, like to meet challenges, strong resistance to pressure and execution; proactive, strong sense of teamwork and coordination ability.
