**Role: M365 User Empowerment Specialist**

**Work Location: Singapore**

**Job Type: 6 Months Contractual Role with possible extension**
- Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development
- Assess current systems to identify opportunities for replacing them with M365 solutions.
- Propose the solution and perform the system replacement (for simple or straightforward solutions).
- Analyze users problem statements and use cases, recommending M365 solutions to address the problem statements or use cases.
- Run weekly M365 User Advisory Clinics.
- Actively identify opportunities for streamlined processes and automation using M365 tools.
- Conduct M365 design thinking workshops to enhance user proficiency in M365 tools.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries on the use of M365 products and educate users on best practices of M365.
- Organize and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and user communities to encourage peer-to-peer learning.
- Assist in the development of simple solutions within the M365 environment as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to $14,000.00 per month
