Act as the M365 Subject Matter Expert (SME) to guide internal teams and support users. Troubleshoot and resolve server and network-related issues affecting M365 services. Handle escalations effectively, ensuring timely resolution and detailed root cause analysis. Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and security. Provide knowledge-sharing, technical guidance, and best practices to colleagues. Requirements : Proven experience in supporting and administering Microsoft 365 services. Strong understanding of network protocols, DNS, routing, and firewalls. Hands-on expertise in Windows Server administration and troubleshooting. Demonstrated ability to resolve L2/L3 escalations and critical incidents. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
