**About the role**:
We are looking for a highly passionate, independent Marketing Operations Specialist to scale our global marketing efforts.

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will take a crucial role in creating and improving processes, analyzing data to support marketing strategies and campaigns, and collaborating with multiple internal/external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the weekly and monthly reporting of business analytics for assigned projects
- Assist with the creation of influencer marketing campaigns
- Monitor and track key performance indicators, data, and analytics Manage and enhance relationships with external vendors
- Understand and monitor the costs of marketing activities and maintain a P&L for assigned projects
- Collaborate and partner with core marketing teams on projects focused on optimization to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Identify the most effective marketing channels
- Identify process improvement and cost optimization opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a similar role (Project Manager, Marketing Coordinator)
- Proven experience with reporting and analytics. Proficiency in MS Office - Excellent MS Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks. Highly developed attention to detail
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams in large organizations, including internationally is a plus
- Passion for crypto is a plus
- A self-starter mentality
