As a part of our aggressive growth plan to seize the current market opportunities, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and generate sales leads. Working closely with the Business Development Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams as well as external agencies, to create integrated campaigns for the organization and its products and services. Your creativity, analytical mindset, and passion for digital marketing will be essential to deliver measurable results and ensure the campaign success.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Strategy Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities through market research, competitor analysis and trend & insights monitoring.
- Define target audiences, personas, customer journeys to tailor campaigns effectively.
- Supporting other BD initiatives as required.

Content Marketing
- Monitor and measure campaign performances against ROI and KPI, optimizing campaigns to improve reach and audience engagement.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Implement on-page and off-page SE techniques to improve website visibility and organic rankings.
- Perform keyword research and analysis to develop SEO-driven content strategies.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Website Management
- Collaborate with SEO agency to maintain, update and optimize content engagement and performance.
- Implement website analytics tool to track user behavior and improve website conversions.

Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor digital marketing KPIs and campaign performance using various analytics tools, continuously identifying trends and insights for campaign improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- At least 2-3 years proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within B2B industry or technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking ability and able to interpret data.
- Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Creative mindset with ability to display thought leadership and generate innovative ideas.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Good knowledge of web analytics & marketing tools would be advantageous.
- Prior experience with any CRM/ SAAS / Loyalty & Rewards programs would be advantageous.
