We are looking for a creative, analytical and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the marketing team. You are responsible for developing and implementing all digital marketing strategies and campaigns and be actively engaging with the business to optimize the performance of the digital strategies. You will also be overseeing the marketing operations of any sale event.

**Duties will often include the following**:

- Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy to build a lasting digital connect with customers
- Managing the digital marketing calendar
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media
- Overseeing the creation and maintenance of social media content
- Launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns through Google Adwords, facebook etc to increase company and brand awareness
- Measure digital marketing performance using variety of web analytics tools
- Creating and updating digital marketing reports
- Overseeing the digital marketing budget
- Website Design and Development - you will coordinate the design and functionality of the company websites, working alongside web developers and web designers and coordinating the process.
- Content Strategy - Along with the design and functionality of a company websites, you are also responsible for all website content and for creating and implementing the content strategy to ensure online objectives are met.
- SEO and SEM - you are responsible for ensuring that the website is easily found by the target audience. Optimising website structure and content for search engines (SEO) and/or the use of paid online advertising (SEM) to drive relevant traffic to their websites.
- E-Commerce - you are responsible for converting website visits into online sales by making the online shopping experience as easy as possible and by introducing special deals. You are also responsible for 3rd party ecommerce platforms promotions.
- Social Networking - you are also responsible for managing the online presence and brand of the company through social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Telegram etc

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Experience with digital marketing in a fast-moving retail business
- Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of web publishing
- Proficiency with SEO tools
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
