We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu (小紅书). Additionally, proficiency in photo and video editing is required to create engaging content for our brand. **Responsibilities**: - Utilise photo and video editing tools to produce visually appealing and compelling multimedia content - Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Create and manage engaging social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and 小红书 - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimise campaigns and achieve desired outcomes - Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth - Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring it is up to date with relevant content and SEO optimisation - Monitor and manage online reputation and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner - Able to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads will be advantageous too. **Requirements**: - A "Level" or Diploma and above. - Minimum 1 year work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role - Proficiency in using Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager - Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends - Experience in creating and managing social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring - Proficient in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of SEO principles and practices is a plus
