We're looking for a **creative and organised Event & Marketing Assistant** to join our team. You'll be helping to plan, promote, and run engaging events while creating content that captures the energy and purpose behind them. Whether you're a student, a recent grad, or just getting started, this is your chance to gain real hands-on experience and make an impact.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Support the planning and execution of events like workshops, socials, and networking sessions
- Coordinate logistics, vendors, timelines, and behind-the-scenes details
- Capture content at events (photo/video) and collaborate with the social team
- Pitch creative ideas and see them through from start to finish
- Ensure every experience is well-run, meaningful, and memorable for attendees

**You’ll Thrive in This Role If You**:

- Are a student, fresh graduate, or recently ORD with a passion for events and marketing
- Enjoy both the creative and logístical sides of planning
- Love collaborating with people and seeing your ideas come to life
