At **Creatives Dot**, we’re looking for a passionate and creative individual to join our vibrant team. If you love bringing ideas to life, planning impactful events, and driving meaningful marketing campaigns — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

**Event Planning & Execution**
Plan and execute finance-related and corporate events from concept to completion — ensuring every detail is on point and every experience is memorable.

**Vendor & Partner Coordination**
Work closely with vendors and partners (sound, lighting, staging, catering, and more) to make sure everything runs smoothly and on schedule.

**Marketing & Promotion**
Collaborate with our social media and marketing teams to develop creative campaigns that boost event visibility and engagement across platforms.

**On-site Event Management**
Be hands-on during event days — manage staff, coordinate schedules, and tackle challenges quickly to keep things running seamlessly.

**Post-event Review**
Evaluate event outcomes, gather feedback, and identify ways to make the next one even better.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum qualifications: GCE A Levels or a Local Polytechnic Diploma
- Proven experience in event planning or marketing (internship or freelance experience counts)
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage projects independently
- Flexibility to work on weekends when events are held
- A creative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for both events and marketing
