Are you someone who loves bringing people together andknows how to get them excited before the event even starts? We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and energetic Event & Marketing Assistant to help us plan meaningful events and drive engagement through content and promotion.

Whether you're a student, recent grad, or someone just getting started in events or marketing — this role is your chance to build real experience in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Helping plan and run events like workshops, socials, and networking sessions
  • Managing logistics, timelines, vendors, and all the behind-the-scenes magic
  • Supporting event marketing efforts: content creation, social posts, email invites, and more
  • Brainstorming and pitching creative ideas — and actually getting to execute them
  • Capturing content during events and working with our social team to showcase the vibe
  • Making sure every detail adds up to an awesome experience for attendees
