**Job Title: Event & Marketing Assistant**

Are you someone who loves bringing people together _and_ knows how to get them excited before the event even starts? We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and energetic Event & Marketing Assistant to help us plan meaningful events **and** drive engagement through content and promotion.

Whether you’re a student, recent grad, or someone just getting started in events or marketing — this role is your chance to build real experience in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Helping plan and run events like workshops, socials, and networking sessions
- Managing logistics, timelines, vendors, and all the behind-the-scenes magic
- Brainstorming and pitching creative ideas — and actually getting to execute them
- Capturing content during events and working with our social team to showcase the vibe
- Making sure every detail adds up to an awesome experience for attendees

**You’d Be a Great Fit If You**:

- Are a student, fresh grad, or recently ORD and ready to gain hands-on experience
- Have a mix of creative and organizational skills — from planning to promoting
- Enjoy working with people and collaborating with a team
- Can take initiative, solve problems, and adapt when plans change
- Want to build your portfolio and grow your skills in both events and marketing
