**We are Hiring Events & Marketing Assistant**

Had some experience planning events? Wish to try out planning events? Have an abundance of fresh and unique ideas? No worries We are open to all
- **Event Planning & Coordination** - Support the team through the full event process, from brainstorming to day-of execution
- **Logistics & Vendor Management** - Communicate with vendors, manage logistics, and help prepare materials like name tags and presentation decks
- **Guest Management** - Handle RSVPs, maintain guest lists, and track attendance accurately
- **Event Analysis** - Help prepare post-event reports and suggest areas for improvement
- **Creative Contributions** - Pitch new ideas for themes, engagement activities, and overall event experience
- **On-Site Support** - Assist with setup and operations to ensure smooth event execution

**Requirements**:

- Students or diploma holders in Events, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communicator and team player with a proactive attitude
- Comfortable in supporting events occasionally in evenings or weekends
- Prior experience in events, admin, or logistics is a bonus
