**Job position summary**

Reporting to the General Manager, the main responsibility of the admin assistant is to provide daily administrative support to the team

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Provide Administrative Support to Technical team
- Answering phone calls
- Data input and relevant documentation coordination and filing
- Prepare regular Vessel Inspection Reports and presentation materials
- Make travel and vessel inspection arrangements
- Follow up on Invoices for submission to Accounts Department and reimbursement claims for superintendents
- Prepare mails for delivery
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

- Technical and Accounts Department

**Job experience, functional knowledge & qualifications**
- 1 - 2 years administrative experience is preferred
- Minimum A-level/ITE/Diploma holder
- Fresh graduate with a good attitude will also be considered
- Basic knowledge of Energy Management Systems and / or energy conservation methods is an advantage
