**IT HELPDESK AGENT**

Immediate Vacancy for IT Helpdesk Analyst

**Job Requirement**:

- IT helpdesk first-level support
- Call Center experience is advantageous
- Basic experience with IT troubleshooting
- Problem diagnostics via remote support tool and calls
- Familiar with office productivity tools such as O365
- Familiar with Ticketing System (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Experienced in using Active Directory (Azure, Microsoft)
- Strong communication skills and detailed work
- Proficient Customer Service
- Qualification: Nitec or equivalent
- Experience: Min 2 years related experience.

**Contract Type**: 12 Months (Renewal)
**Salary**: SGD2,700 to SGD3,500
**Location**: Pioneer Road
**Working Hours**: Office Hours Mon to Fri 8 am to 5 pm
**Commencement**: Immediate
**Working Environment**: Institution
