1. Handle first level enquires, primarily incoming calls
2. Understand customers' needs and provide quick, accurate and satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
- 12 hours shift (Mainly 7pm to 8am or 7am - 8pm on weekends).
Work 3 shift a week and rest 4 days.
- English speaking
- Shift allowance of $150 monthly
