Job Requirement:

- IT helpdesk first-level support
- Call Center experience is advantageous
- Basic experience with IT troubleshooting
- Problem diagnostics via remote support tool and calls
- Familiar with office productivity tools such as O365
- Strong communication skills and detailed work
- Proficient Customer Service
- Location: Central / Tai Seng
- Qualification: Nitec or equivalent
- Experience: Min 1-year related experience.
- Those without experience but with IT knowledge may apply.
- Salary: S$2,200 - S$2,800

Schedule:
