We are seeking a **Sales Manager (SG & MY)** responsible for territory sales, building strong growth and guiding and developing the team.

This position is part of the commercial team located in Singapore and will be a

remote role.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Lead and develop the team's capabilities to fulfil corporate objectives on financial performance, talent development & retention, risk management and customer experiences
- Define, develop and execute short
- and long-term business strategies to sustain continuous growth in the responsible markets with sales forecast & sales funnel management with internal sales and external channel partners in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Responsible for clinical Flow Cytometer direct sales of hospital and clinical CRO market in Singapore
- Drive to meet or exceed booking/revenue goals by executing sales initiatives in alignment with regional marketing strategy and global product growth initiatives
- Set and manage relevant targets/quotas with internal Singapore sales team and Singapore & Malaysia distributors and continually monitor performance throughout the year.
- Enhance effective communication within operations team and cross-functional group to achieve company goals
- Allocate resources and obtain appropriate resources to meet company’s business objective & customer requirements

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Prior work experience in Life Sciences sector
- Consistent track record establishing relationships with dealers and channel partners
- Proficient with business software (MS office, SFDC, advanced MS Excel / Power BI at a minimum)

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- DBS (Danaher Business System)
- Data analytics e.g. Power BI/Tableau or similar
