**What is the job about?**

Handling of sales within assigned business scope within the framework of the strategies and policies of the company. Responsible for designated business area - OEM, Industry Division, South Asia. Main target is to realize individual sales target in assigned area. Implementation of sales policies, procedures and systems to ensure compliance with corporate policies

**Your main responsibilities**
- Maintain existing customer base and assist in developing plans, budget, and promotional activities. Find more new OEM customers in the business of temperature control (cooling/heating), machine makers, system builders, cleaning/washing, dialysis, etc.
- Ensure full collaboration with customer service and service to enhance customer experience.
- Achieve agreed marketing target that is align with commercial priorities, sales volumes and contribution targets.
- Register all activities with customers in the global CRM tool; Register and nurture opportunities in the global CRM tool according to company guidelines; Ensure customer master data is updated on portfolio of customers under their responsibility.
- Other tasks assigned by manager

**Your background**:
We imagine that you have:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Environment Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, and other relevant majors.
- Prefer minimum 2-3 years sales experience in the field of industrial products.
- Technical background in Industrial process will be beneficial.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Successful track of customer development and management as salesperson
