**The Opportunity**

Our client is an established company within the property development and investments market in Singapore with a presence across the region. The company has numerous ongoing and pipeline projects. As part of their business expansion, an additional headcount in the HR team is needed to support the current team and lead the specialized function.

We are seeking an experienced **HR Generalis**t with expertise and skills** in Talent Management** and **Organization Development **functions. The role is VP level reporting to the Head of HR and CEO of the company.

The **VP, HR** is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. Additionally, the duties include driving the Talent Management and OD function to lead the relevant activities supporting employee growth, continuous development & improvement.

**Responsibilities but not limited to**:

- Develop, implement and review HR and OD system processes in line with organizational needs
- Create employee engagement plans, get necessary budget approval and initiate activities
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate meaningful performance indicators
- Utilize effectively the internal communication platforms and share HR analytical insights and reports
- Collaborate with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards
- Lead and manage organizational, cultural, and behavioral change programmes
- Implement effective HR and OD interventions to recruit, engage, develop and retain a diverse and talented employed workforce

**To succeed in this role, you must possess the following**:

- Similar background working in a real estate company, property developer, operator and/or a property investment firm
- 15 years relevant experience in a leadership capacity specializing in Organisation Development, Talent Management in the real estate or hospitality industry
- Geographically experienced in Singapore and/or ASEAN countries
- Background in Human Capital, Talent Development, Succession Planning
- Excellent ability to work with various stakeholders and adapt to their working style
- Proven leadership and coaching skills
- Possess strong empathy and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
- Attention to detail and analytically driven
- Effective communicator and committed team player
- Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
- Excellent language proficiency and communication skills in English and Mandarin for ease of communication with stakeholders
- Available immediately and/or short notice period is a great advantage
