Assistant Manager, HR Operations and Regional

**Purpose / Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as HR Business Partner for Market Units in Hong Kong and Singapore
- Support VP, HR, Region AP to develop and implement region wide HR projects
- Ensure all HR related activities and programs are implemented according to the defined human resources strategy in AP and HK offices.
**Major Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR function for Market Units in Hong Kong and Singapore, which covers end to end employee experience from talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, talent development to off-boarding.
- Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of HR Operations for AP HQ, HK and Singapore Office. For example, payroll, benefits administrations, tax filing, expats administration etc.
- Work with VP, HR, AP on the development and implementation of global/regional HR projects including but not limited to communication with local HR in countries, be the point of contact for GHR and for countries in the region
- Work with VP, HR, AP to formulate HR related policies for AP HQ, HK office and Singapore office. Continuously monitor and evaluate and recommend changes when appropriate.
- Support the performance management system to ensure performance are properly managed, reviewed, measured, and documented in AP HQ, HK and Singapore offices.
- Support staff cost projection and budget submission of personnel cost.
- Support employee activities in AP HQ, HK and Singapore offices
- Be the hotel keeper to provide HR support to other board areas which there is no HR representative i.e. Japan
- Work closely with Finance Department on personnel cost accruals, cost center allocation, headcount reports etc.
**Requisite Qualification & Experience**:
- University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources function in multinational company. Human resources generalist experience is a must.
- Well versed in employment ordinance, legislation and regulations for both Hong Kong and Singapore.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese/Mandarin and Japanese
- Strong sense of accountability with detailed and open minded.
- Proven track record in regional project management.
- Strong planning and organization ability.
- Good at communication skills (spoken and written)
