Regional HR Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute HR strategies to attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent across Southeast Asia and other regions. - Build and scale operational teams in multiple countries, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission, values, and goals. - Establish robust hiring pipelines to source exceptional talent in competitive global markets. - Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a collaborative, high-performance workplace. - Oversee HR policies, compliance, and processes, tailoring them to meet the unique needs of each market. - Work with leadership to create scalable systems and processes that support rapid growth. - Implement performance management systems to monitor and improve employee productivity. - Champion a culture of innovation and accountability across the organization. - Collaborate with the finance team to align HR operations with budgeting and financial planning.Provide insights into compensation, benefits, and organizational costs to optimize resource allocation. Key Requirements: - Demonstrated success in HR leadership roles, ideally within both startups and established corporations. - A strong understanding of global HR practices, particularly in Southeast Asia. - Proven ability to recruit and manage talent across diverse regions and cultures. - Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude. - Willing to go above and beyond, embracing challenges and flexible working hours as part of a dynamic team. - International work experience, with a track record of building and scaling teams in Southeast Asia or other global regions. - Familiarity with recruitment strategies and labor markets in multiple countries. - Strong execution skills, with the ability to act quickly and decisively. - Clear thinking and excellent organizational skills to manage competing priorities effectively. - Understanding of financial operations and budgets is a plus but not mandatory.
