Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **VP, HR Operations.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Implement global strategy and act as point of challenge within the Singapore HR team to ensure that direction of vertical or entity activities are aligned with global strategy and priorities
- Support country strategic priorities and projects.
- Coordinate functional management activities such as cost and FTE in the context of their priorities and changes to the TOM
- Drive continuous operation improvements to deliver outstanding strategic HR advices to Country HR Operations team
- Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures, and compliance with all internal controls and external regulatory requirements
- Manage various projects and drive HR transformation through the engagement of various stakeholders required to execute strategy
- Manage relationships with affiliates including offshore teams to deliver and monitor integrated seamless services
- Oversight of regulatory reporting, HR third party risk management, business continuity and incident management, and data governance, etc.

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- In depth understanding and sound knowledge of Singapore operating environment and local regulations
- High level of drive and motivation to ensure delivery of a broad range of outputs simultaneously
- Track record of working in partnership with business and other HR colleagues in an intellectually demanding environment
- Proven ability to articulate complex issues concisely and in simple language and work under pressure within demanding timescales
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels
- Excellent analytical reasoning skills demonstrated through interpretation of policies and dynamic situations
- Proven track record of process and operational management in an ever-changing environment
- Flexibility, tenacity and resilience to deal with business demands during periods of high workload
- Sounded working knowledge and experiences in managing crisis, emergencies and ad-hoc issues
- Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience of over 5 years in HR/Operations
