The position
You will report to the VP of HR and the VP for Asia & China and act as our main HR responsible in that region with the job based in Singapore where our HQ for ASIA is located. This role combines the strategical part for the HR activities in this specific region in coordination with the HR VP and, we are looking for someone who is good also in HR operations such us coordination with outsourcing payroll companies and drive regional HR initiatives in the 4 entities that we have in Asia (Singapore & Thailand & Malaysia & HK).

Main responsibilities
- Identifying the current as well as the future hiring needs of our company in coordination with the Global Recruiter.
- Designing compensation and benefits packages for the employees in all entities for ASIA.
- Defining onboarding procedures aligned to our company’s culture
- Helping us in our employer branding efforts (e.g. organizing of recruitment events)
- Developing the training plans for employees and departments.
- Preparing and managing the budget for the region.
- Tracking KPIs and also suggesting improvements plans.
- Designing as well as implementing company policies in compliance with our long-term business goals.
- Ensuring our HR processes adhere to all legal standards.
- Supporting managers and staff on daily issues related with HR

Qualifications and Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager for at least 5-7 years.
- Experience managing small teams preferable.
- Experience with MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Sound knowledge of all HR processes (e.g. recruitment, talent management etc.).
- Sound knowledge of all local labor laws.
- Experience with payroll systems as well as payroll databases outsourcing is a plus.
- Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
- Must be residing in Singapore.
