Business Development Director

**What we’re expect**
You should bring **at least two**of the following:
- A strong background in recruitment, HR tech, or headhunting
- Experience with international expansion or operations
- Operations leadership experience in a large-scale platform business
**Key Responsibilities**
1) Led strategic partnerships with universities, vocational institutions, recruitment platforms, and ATS vendors to acquire high-quality CV and job description (JD) datasets.
2) Built the platform's initial B2B job supply ecosystem, including onboarding enterprise partners and facilitating job posting collaborations.
3) Drove distribution of AI Copilot for HR, negotiating OEM/API integrations with HR SaaS and ATS providers to expand product reach.
4) Developed and executed end-to-end partnership strategies, including business documentation, contract negotiations, implementation, and data integration.
5) Collaborated with operations teams to translate business development efforts into measurable data growth (e.g., job volume and structured data quality).
6) Managed key industry relationships and agency partnerships to identify and pursue business development opportunities in the recruitment and education verticals.
7) Monitored market trends and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and optimize data acquisition strategies.
**Requirement**
1) 3-5+ years of B2B business development experience, preferably within the education, recruitment, or HR SaaS industries.
2) Proven ability to independently manage the end-to-end partnership process, including outreach, negotiation, contract signing, and tangible outcomes such as data or traffic growth.
3) Strong understanding of the recruitment ecosystem, including corporate recruiters, headhunting agencies, ATS providers, and HR technology tools.
4) Excellent business communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals, business briefs, and drive execution.
5) Effective cross-functional collaboration skills, capable of working closely with product, AI, and data teams to deliver results.
6) Proficient in English reading and writing; international or remote collaboration experience is a plus.
