We are now expanding our presence in Singapore and South East Asia regions and we’re seeking a Business Development Director to join our growth journey. Role Overview As a Business Development Director, you will play a pivotal role in growing our consulting business by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and leading the sales process from prospecting to contract closure. You’ll work closely with consulting and marketing teams to craft tailored solutions that address client challenges in operations, transformation, and performance improvement. This role combines strategic sales, client advisory, and market development. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth Drive business development efforts to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts. Own the sales cycle end-to-end—from lead generation to proposal and negotiation. Conduct strategic discovery meetings with senior executives to uncover improvement needs. Develop customized proposals and scopes in collaboration with consultants. Secure signed engagements aligned with business targets. Market Expansion & Lead Generation Identify key sectors and segments aligned with our consulting offerings. Build a strong and qualified pipeline through direct outreach, referrals, industry events, and social platforms. Establish relationships with industry associations and partners for market visibility.
