- An APAC based HealthTech business is looking for a Business Development Director to be based in Dubai.
- This is their first hire in the Middle East and part of their global expansion plans. You will report directly into the President and take responsibility for everything for the Middle East market from business strategy to implementation and after some success expansion of the team.
- It’s a total new build in the region, with the chance for you to set it up how you think it will work best based on your knowledge of the market and region.
- The Business Development Director will be responsible for:
- Lead the sales cycle and manage the proposal process, including RFP assessments, sales decks, and stakeholder inputs.
- Take ownership of commercial contracts drafting and reviews.
- Contribute to the go-to-market plan, identify target countries, secure new clients, and develop market entry strategies.

The Business Development Director will be/have:
- Proven experience in managing the sales cycle, including commercial proposals and knowledge of corporate and government buying processes in the Middle East.
- Demonstrated success in driving business expansion into new regions and countries.
- Degree qualified.
- Ability to speak in Arabic and/or Mandarin is a plus for internal & external communications and engagement.
