As part of our business expansion, we are looking for a Technology Solution Sales rep with software technology know-how, a problem-solver who can support growth in our industry focused on software
solutions, primarily concentrating on the Data, Cyber-security andsoftware development business. The role will serve our portfolio of
clients in multiple industries.
As a technology solutions sales rep, your job will include reviewing the needs of clients and presenting them with solutions to their problems, providing relevant quotes to clients, demonstrating products when needed, and negotiating prices on bids.
- Responsible for achieving the sales target required by the company.
- Responsible for maintaining/developing relationships with the company’s customers and partners, growing the partnership through the various sales interactions.
- Responsible for identifying new accounts, developing new business opportunities for the company.
- Responsible for providing quality customer service to the various partners, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Responsible for developing a successful pipeline management program for the company, ensuring the fulfilment of these sales enquiries.
- In charge of updating the company’s partners and customers with the latest information (e.g., latest products, marketing programs etc.)
- In charge of monitoring the various partner’s performance through the necessary reviews, as well as managing their incentive programs
- In charge of analyzing and forecasting the company’s business activities, reporting the to the key management stakeholders when required.

- Minimum of 2 years selling/closing Technology deals
- Ability to lead the Client through the entire sales cycle
- Professional Qualifications
- Experience developing, maintaining and obtaining meetingswith new and existing business decision makers relationships
- Experience working with large, heavily matrixed companyenvironment
- Experience with C-Level client relationship building andrelationship management will be preferred
- Proven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-orientedenvironment
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and collaboration in aprofessional setting
- High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness, and ability towork well under pressure
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonalskills
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-makingabilities
- Professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility, andcharacter
- Strong professional network/industry connections to identifyopportunities, develop effective partnerships, and generatesales opportunities
- Excellent client/customer relationship management skills at theexecutive level
- Understanding of and a successful track record overcoming thechallenges associated with managing the creation of commercially compelling, end to end solutions
