**About the Role**
We’re looking for a **Pre-Sales Solutions Architect** to lead technical solution design and client engagement for SIRAYA’s cutting-edge IT services. You’ll partner with CEOs, CTOs, IT operations teams, and business stakeholders to address critical challenges in network performance, security, cloud architecture, and AI adoption—turning complex needs into high-impact, end-to-end solutions.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Lead Needs Analysis & Solution Design** - Conduct in-depth technical discovery to identify client pain points (e.g., latency, cybersecurity gaps, cloud optimization, AI integration) and design tailored IT solutions in network acceleration, cloud services, and security.
- **Deliver Impactful Demos & Ensure Project Success** - Present the value of SIRAYA’s solutions to decision-makers at all levels, guide PoC testing, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- **Bridge Clients & Product Innovation** - Work with product and R&D teams to relay customer requirements, drive product enhancements, and develop reusable, industry-specific solution frameworks.
- **Stay Ahead of Tech Trends** - Monitor advancements in cloud services, cybersecurity, and edge computing, integrating emerging technologies into client solutions.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Specialization in at least one core area**:

- **CDN/Network Acceleration** - Hands-on experience with Cloudflare, AWS CloudFront, Akamai, CDNetworks, including configuration and optimization.
- **Cloud Infrastructure** - Architecture experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, Alibaba Cloud; expertise in VPC, load balancing, containerized services.
- **Network Security** - Proficiency in Fortinet, Palo Alto, F5 firewalls; knowledge of WAF and DDoS mitigation strategies.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, HTTP/2-3 protocols; skilled in network performance troubleshooting and optimization.
- 3+ years as a Pre-Sales Architect or Solutions Engineer, independently managing full project lifecycles for cloud migration, security hardening, or global network acceleration initiatives.
- Excellent technical presentation skills—able to clearly articulate solutions to audiences of 20+ clients.
- Proficient in creating technical proposals (SOW), solution documentation, and system architecture diagrams.
- Experience with global public cloud providers or major IT system integrators/distributors is a plus.
- **Fluent in both English and Mandarin**.
