We are seeking a Solution Engineer to join our team at Dedoco, a pioneering enterprise solution startup. Our mission is anchored in developing a leading-edge zero-trust data platform through the Dedoco Trust Engine, which integrates cutting-edge technologies like PKI, Cryptography, Immutable Ledger, and AI to deliver secure and efficient document and communication trust solutions. As a Solution Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in interfacing with our clients, understanding their unique needs, and crafting solutions that leverage Dedoco's capabilities to enhance their enterprise efficiency, compliance, and document security.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and challenges.
- Design and propose solutions that effectively leverage Dedoco's technology stack to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with the Software Engineering team to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with our product capabilities.
- Conduct solution presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of the Dedoco platform.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the solution implementation phase.
- Gather client feedback and work with the product development team to refine our solutions and product offerings.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to continuously enhance our solution engineering practices.

**Requirements**:

- Strong problem-solving skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of Dedoco's technology stack, including PKI, Cryptography, Immutable Ledger, and AI technologies.
- Experience in digital document processing, e-signing solutions, and secure communication platforms.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and familiarity with frameworks/libraries such as Express, NestJS, React.
- Understanding of software engineering principles and practices.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable solutions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in a client-facing technical role, such as technical consulting, solution engineering, or pre-sales engineering.
- Knowledge of blockchain and distributed systems, with a keen interest in zero-trust security models.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD practices, and cloud-native technologies.
- Background in working with Agile software development methodologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a solution engineering or similar client-facing technical role.
