With data, comes the risks from cyber attacks.

We help organisations secure all their collaboration channels, their last line of defence and improve their recovery resilience.

We are the first to implement a solution that secures organisations’ last line of defence, which is their backup data.

We are seeking a Solution Engineer to work with customers to ensure that their needs are met with the full potential of our solutions.

It is an end to end role, where you will craft solutions, execute the deployment and support it.

This is a hybrid role and focuses on three key areas.
- Solutioning (50% of your time)
- Work with customers to match our solutions to the customer needs
- Write up proposal and present the solution
- Conduct demonstration and POC
- Deploying (30% of your time)
- Work with customers to implement the solution
- Implementation activities include installation, configuration, troubleshooting, customization, testing, and documentation.
- Deliver training to customers and partners.
- Supporting (20% of your time)
- Troubleshoot areas of problems and identify solutions
- Examined logs to isolate root cause
- Liaise between customer and supplier
- Ensure issues are resolved or escalated to the proper resources in a timely fashion.
- Requirements
- 3 years experience as a Solutions Architect, Support Engineer, Pre Sales Engineer, or similar roles.
- Tertiary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant fields. Relevant work experience may fulfill this requirement.
- Understanding of internet protocols ie HTTP, IMAP, LDAP, PKI, SMTP
- Knowledge of networking topology ie TCP/IP and network configuration
- Linux or UNIX and Windows administration experience
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure
