**Job Overview**:

- As the Vice President of Technology and Solutions, you will lead in driving technological innovation and delivering effective solutions.
- You will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of technology strategies and solutions to support business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Technology Strategy:

- Develop and execute the company's technology strategy, aligning it with business goals and objectives.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends that can enhance the company's products, services, and operations.
- Evaluate and recommend technology investments, partnerships, and collaborations to drive innovation and growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors, suppliers, and industry partners.

Solution Development and Implementation:

- Lead the development and implementation of technology solutions that address business needs and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish timelines and budgets.
- Ensure the successful delivery of technology projects, adhering to quality standards and meeting stakeholders' expectations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective measures as needed.

Technical Leadership:

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to technology teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Attract, develop, and retain top talent, creating a high-performing team capable of delivering cutting-edge solutions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements, and leverage this knowledge to drive technical excellence within the organization.
- Champion the adoption of best practices, methodologies, and tools to enhance development processes and ensure scalability and reliability.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities, and translate them into actionable technology strategies and solutions.
- Present technology plans, initiatives, and progress updates to senior executives and board members, articulating the value proposition and business impact.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies.

Technical Expertise and Solution Presentations:

- Possess a deep understanding of the company's products and solutions, their technical capabilities, and their competitive advantages.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the value and benefits of the company's offerings.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions that address their specific needs.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback on product enhancements, new features, and customer requirements.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:

- Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business challenges, requirements, and goals, and align solutions accordingly.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful solution deployment.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to enhance the company's visibility and expand the customer network.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving innovation and delivering technology solutions.
- Hands-on experienced in building proposals for large deal.
- Experienced as a speaker for tech events.
- Strong understanding of technology trends, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, data analytics and digital transformation.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading technology projects from inception to successful implementation.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to effectively communicate technology concepts and strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive results.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
