**A Snapshot**:
As the Customer Success Associate, you will be part of AirTrunk's centralised customer engagement function, reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success (based in our Singapore HQ). You will work closely with the rest of the marketing and other regional teams, making your mark in a number of ways:

- You will play a key role in implementing the customer success strategy to drive AirTrunk business growth
- You will track customer demand and organise customer information to support internal reporting
- You will be a customer champion, going above and beyond to support customer satisfaction and success

**Your Day to Day**:

- Tracking the opportunity pipeline and data centre capacity across AirTrunk's global portfolio in the CRM
- Supporting the team for new customer opportunities, providing customer-centric solutions, and aligning with AirTrunk's commercial goals
- Designing and developing presentations; within AirTrunk brand guidelines; for both customers and internal reporting
- Collaborating with various internal teams on RFPs, coordinating workstreams from customer pursuits through to contract signing
- Supporting customer satisfaction measurement and reporting including customer-led supplier reviews
- Organising customer intelligence to inform and support internal strategies
- Partnering with a range of internal stakeholders including technology, commercial, development, legal, finance, service delivery and other teams supporting the customer journey
- Collaborating closely with the marketing and communications team to enhance AirTrunk's reputation through communications with new and existing customers

**Requirements**:

- You have 1-2 years of experience in supporting business development, account management, consultancy in the APJ region.
- You can build trusted relationships internally and externally at all levels and across cultures.
- You are highly organised, plan ahead, deliver high quality work and are able to coordinate project workstreams across various company functions
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are flexible and resilient in the face of change.
- You excel at distilling complex information into clear, concise, and easy to understand messaging and action plans.
- Ideally you are bilingual in both English and Chinese (you may be communicating with Chinese clients)
- You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Ideally, you have experience with CRM and data visualisation tools such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, PowerBI, or other business development tools
- Technology, data centre or cloud infrastructure industry experience is an advantage
