Customer Success Associate

**Overview**
We’re looking for a dedicated **Customer Success Associate** to ensure clients achieve their goals and have a seamless experience. Perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, relationship-building and supporting clients throughout their journey.
**Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries
- Assist clients with onboarding, product use and issue resolution
- Track and maintain client records and feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare follow-up summaries and reports
- Contribute ideas to improve client engagement and retention
**Requirements**:
- Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree in Business, Communications or related fields
- Friendly, client-focused and professional
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, organised and proactive
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite; CRM knowledge is a plus
