Key Account Executive

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop and grow sales within existing key account customers, responsible for monthly revenue goals
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between key accounts and company.
- Resolving key account issues and complaints.
- Anticipating key account changes and improvements.
- Provide full range of packaging & warehousing solutions to customers to enhance their business
- To maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives to share with supervisor and management.
- Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams in supporting customers
- Execute strategic programs and other tasks assigned by supervisor or management
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- A self-motivated team player, capable of working closely and effectively with all colleagues and strategic business partners
- Passion to build successful and long-term relationships with customers
- In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
- Results oriented, pro-active attitude and curiosity to learn new things '
- Strong communication (both verbal and written), negotiation and presentation skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Eg. PowerPoint, Excel and Words)
- Knowledge in industrial packaging & warehousing solutions an added advantage
- Possess Class 3 driving license with own vehicle
