Job Description:
1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of Southeast Asian overseas markets, and achieved the annual sales target;
2. according to the company's marketing strategy, improve sales value, control costs, control project risks, and actively achieve sales targets;
3. Responsible for the development of project resources and business channel expansion in overseas markets, collecting project information and formulating project marketing strategies;
4. Developed stage sales plans, made sales plans that could be implemented, coordinated internal and external personnel to jointly complete the project landing;
5. Cooperate with business negotiations, confirm contract details, supervise project implementation and collect payment

6. collect and grasp the relevant policies and regulations, industry information, competitor information, timely grasp the policy dynamics

7. Other matters assigned by the leader.

Qualifications:
1. Project area: Southeast Asia, need to hold a Singapore passport or PR or Singapore tax resident;
2. Chinese and English communication skills;
3. Full-time bachelor degree or above, marketing, fire engineering, electrical, automation, water supply and drainage and other related majors;
4. More than 3 years of fire industry related marketing experience;
5. Solid overseas marketing experience and background;
6. Have a strong enthusiasm for marketing work, good ability to work under pressure and deal with problems;
7. Strong business negotiation ability, expression ability, adaptability, communication skills, analytical ability, and specific project operation experience.

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
