**About this role**

This is a newly created role which will assist bitcastle. Bitcastle is a cryptocurrency exchange platform which aims to create a new age of exchange where everyone can use it safely and have fun. You will work in a fast paced, dynamic international working environment, working very closely with Japan and Vietnam entities. This role adopts a hybrid working style, depending on the country of residence.

**About the job**

You will plan user acquisition strategies and various overseas marketing campaigns in overseas markets.
- Define the roadmap for community, marketing, and partnerships/outreach
- Design and execute marketing campaigns
- Lead marketing announcements such as feature releases, token listings
- Measure and report on the overall performance of marketing campaigns using analytical tools.
- Manage marketing team to ensure the team is highly functional and achieves the goals
- Research and analysis of competitors and reference services.
- Management of social networking accounts.
- Liaison with national and international marketing companies.
- Other tasks assigned by the company as required.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Business level English language and JP language skills to be able to communicate directly with Japan stakeholders
- Ability to use spreadsheets and Google Drive
- Interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience
- Attention to detail and ability to perform to a high standard.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment and deal smoothly with a variety of stakeholders
- A willingness to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $10,000.00 - $200,000.00 per month
