Everest Jewellery is seeking for a SENIOR FRANCHISE MANAGER to join our management team at our retail store to develop our franchise business domestically and internationally. You will be responsible for managing and planning the franchising business of the company and will be accountable for developing franchising opportunities and for offering constant support to franchisees to ensure the total success of the business franchisor and franchisee. Your role include making marketing strategy opportunities for franchisors to attract newer franchisees, research potential markets, and screen potential franchisees by analyzing investment requirements and financial statements. You will also be assisting in developing budget plans for franchise development and closely monitor and ensure that budgets are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Endeavor to meet and exceed franchise sales targets.
- Cultivate and develop relationships with potential franchise partners.
- Implement and monitor franchising standards.
- Advise and assist franchisees in their business
- Understand various regional market conditions and evaluate proposes franchise locations
- Prepare and manage franchise contracts
- Any other duties as assigned
- Ensure proper management of the overseas franchise partners including product ordering, marketing, retail operations, new stores opening etc
- Research and source for new potential franchisee business partners in new emerging markets / regions
- Conduct training for newly joined business partners
- Accountable for sales margin and performance of the overseas franchise businesses
- Analyze franchise monthly reports, and make recommendations to franchisees to maintain healthy inventory level and optimize sell through
- Responsible to set up full set of franchising framework
- Drive & formulate overseas expansion business
strategy
- Responsible for driving overseas expansion through a Franchise, Joint Venture, Company owned business model, or others.
- Drive franchise business to achieve business KPIs
- Establish relationships with franchisee
- Liaise and manage the marketing and promotions with the franchisees
- Coordinate with franchisee on any feedbacks on the service level and product quality

Requirement
- Degree holder in Business or related field
- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Experience working at senior levels of organizations, including with executive management and Boards of Directors
- Experience setting and executing business strategies, operational plans, budgets and sales targets
- Work history of achieving targets and KPI’s
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Business minded and results-oriented
- Able to balance priorities, resilient, dynamic and driven
- Willing to travel to our franchises overseas when required. This may require occasional overnight / weekend stays
