**Support in general grant evaluation work and programme curation work in the social sector**
**Project Description**:
The intern will be attached to Tote Board’s Grant Management Division - Developmental & Partnerships (Social) Department to assist in the review of Tote Board's grants in the social/ health sectors, in the context of shifts and developments in the landscape, in order to ensure that we stay relevant to ground needs and are able to anticipate emerging/ future needs.
Key project deliverables* include but not limited to:
- Assist in general evaluation work & programme curation work for health/mental health and social issues portfolio programme (e.g. social mobility workstream)
- Conduct research/landscape study and synthesize insights from stakeholders’ engagements
- *Project deliverable requirements may vary or rescoped accordingly**Project Requirements**:
- Ability to research, review, and critically analyse social issues and/ or different funding models
- Ability to design and prepare an operational plan to implement a new funding model
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills; able to work independently and effectively
- Available for a minimum of 8 weeks
- Preferred profile of Interns: Arts/Humanities, & Social Sciences, Business students
**Learning Outcome**:
- Understanding of grant-making process
- Greater knowledge and understanding of social/ health sectors
- Writing and presenting a review report
