**Support in General Grant Evaluation Work and Programme Curation Work to Enable a Future-ready Society; and Support Existing Capability and Capacity-Building Projects**
**Project Description**:
The intern will be attached to Tote Board’s Grant Management Division - Development and Partnerships (Capability and Capacity-building) Department to assist in general grant evaluation work, and programme curation work for the issues related to Future-ready Society and/or Capability and Capacity-building portfolio programme (e.g. Curation of new projects under Future-ready Society, Review of the Enhanced Fundraising Programme).
The intern would conduct desktop research/ landscape study and synthesise insights from stakeholders’ engagement.
**Project Requirements**:
- Passion to contribute to the non-profit sector
- Ability to research, review, and critically analyse data and information from multiple sources
- Possess competencies such as learning and adaptive mindset, social intelligence and trans-disciplinary thinking
- Self-directed and responsible
- Available for a minimum of 8 weeks
- Preferred profile of Interns : Year 3 to 4, Arts & Social Science or Business students
**Learning Outcome**:
- Understanding of grant-making process
- Greater knowledge and understanding of nonprofit sector
- Writing and presenting a review report
