The intern will be attached to Tote Board’s Grant Management Development & Partnerships (Community) to support research efforts in the area of sustainability and also exposure will be given on grant processing.

**Research Work in Focus Area - Sustainability; and Support in General Grant Evaluation Work and Programme Curation**

**Project Description**:
The intern will be attached to Tote Board’s Grant Management Development & Partnerships (Community) to support research efforts in the area of sustainability and also exposure will be given on grant processing.
- Sharing of Research Piece - gap analysis and recommendations.

**Project Requirements**:

- Ability to research, review, and critically analyse global/local case studies on specific issues.
- Ability to design and prepare an operational plan to implement a new funding model
- Strong communication and engagement skills; able to work independently and effectively
- Available for a minimum of 8 weeks
- Preferred profile of Interns : Year 3 to 4, Social Science and other relevant discipline related to Research and Sustainability/Environment.

**Learning Outcome**:

- Understanding of grant-making process
- Opportunities to interact and engage key stakeholders in sustainability and environment sector
- Writing and presenting research piece
- Intern will gain first-hand experience and exposure to the business, roles and functions of grantmaking within Tote Board
- Given opportunities to interact with key stakeholders in grant making
- Be trained in providing sound and feasible concept proposals for implementation
- Identify interest of work within Grant Management at Tote Board, and consider to join the organization upon graduation
