**Roles & Responsibilities**

As a Sales Executive in one of our stores. You are responsible for the end-to-end customer experience and build genuine relationship with customer through your passion for our products, knowledge of our collections, your hospitality, sense of service and listening skills.

**What you will be doing**
- Deliver an exceptional welcome to customer upon the start of their Poh Heng journey and ensure outstanding hospitality throughout their visit
- Strike to discover our customer and their every need, to guide them across the Brand
- Engage with customer to develop long term relationships
- Ensure that customer walk away with understanding of our brand and products
- Participate in daily boutique operation as and when require

**What you can bring to the team**
- Excellent communication, relationship building skills and selling skills
- Exercise flexibility and take initiative to serve at the highest standard
