**Responsibilities:
**Sales Operations and Management, SEA**
- Assist sales objectives by developing annual sales target and forecast for whole region and country territories for overall top line sales
- Support the sales organization, facilitate the execution of sales process and strategy plan. Liaise with country managers and dealers for order forecast, sales forecast, inventory management, all sales operation related issues and follow up on action plans.
- Responsible for planning and managing sales promotions and improve the effectiveness
- Develop pricing methodologies and manage pricing in line with competitive intelligence and sales objectives of the organization
- Partner with Logistics, Finance, and IT Department for executing sales programs and project management

**Business analytics and Strategy Planning, Asia**
- Be the expert in using data to measure and analyse business performance in each our markets and lines of business
- Explore business issues/opportunities, uncover insights and/or identify targeted areas for business growth and strategies
- Partner with management and operational teams to deep dive on core issues and use our data to find answers.
- Perform ad-hoc business analysis, to drill down on certain business challenges, providing suggestions and advice based on data analysis
- Lead new data analytics capability rollouts and/or data-led initiatives throughout Power BI, dealer management system (DMS) and CRM
- Develop and monitor Sales KPI sales metrics and alert the business on potential issues
- Prepare annual operating expenses and product phasing budget for the region

**Business Review, Asia**
- Support in preparation of business reviews and strategy planning presentations and documents.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business/marketing management, analytics, statistics, mathematics, economy, etc
- Commercial sales/ marketing and pricing management/ financial experience in dental industry is required
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Sales and business performance analysis reporting, data analysis with independent thoughts and insight.
- Familiarity with Asia / Southeast Asia region is an advantage.
- Experienced SQL skill, as well as basic analytical tool such as Excel, PowerBI etc.
- Experience in Salesforce CRM.
- Experience of managing team and working closely with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player, proactive, meticulous and self-motivated.
