**Job Description**:
**The Role**:
To support MR Digital sustainable growth plans thru strategic partnerships and alliances and to act as an Adviser to the President and CEO.
**How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic Digital success?**
- Explore strategic alliances and build partnerships within MR investor community and other solutions and services partners.
- Develop growth strategy thru partner synergies and acquisitions to support MR sustainable growth plans.
- Lead conversations with investors and strategic alliance partners on potential horizontal synergies (group-wide across industries) and vertical solutions offering
- Develop market-specific growth strategy. SEA, India are countries that offers unique acquirable assets in software solutions and services - identify potential acquirable assets in the region
- Within the investor community portfolio of businesses, help analyze industry prospects thru information gathering about various solutions. Identify potential growth opportunities, competitors, and market share potential in each identified industry and vertical.
- As part of MR’s sustainable growth plans, actively look for potential acquisitions and pass on any potential acquisition targets to M&A team for further consideration.
- Identify assets( skills and solutions) that can be transferred to MR Digital portfolio of solutions and services
- assist Services Portfolio solutions Head in productizing and monetizing these assets.
- Ensure alignment of M&A plans with overall MR objectives to support sustained growth and profitability
- Build partnerships with themed MVNOs sub brands for Unicorns such as RAZER, Carousel with the intent to penetrate other countries.
**Qualifications**:
**We think you’ll fit in great with us if you**:
- 15+ years of Experience in Business Development, and Partner alliances of large scale multinational SI and Solutions companies
- Graduate with Management degree (MBA) preferred
- Track record of delighting clients through outstanding business development work, ideally in Digital Technology and Services strategy
- Experience in building Business cases for potential partnerships and collaboration to justify investments.
- Experience leading strategic and synergistic conversations at Senior Management level
- Experience in building an able team of industry horizontal and vertical experts to support MR’s sustainable growth program (hiring/mentoring etc.)
- Setup Sr Management level conversations on potential collaboration and mutually beneficial synergies and partnerships.
- Document various potential strategic alliances (horizontal and vertical) and develop an execution plan for each identified potential partnership track or workstream
- Setup various workstreams for any identified collaborative efforts and partnerships between MR and target entities
