Senior Business Development and Alliance Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead the alliance management tasks for partnered products
- Act as the point of contact for alliance activities, lead all partner-facing communication
- Service as internal champion to coordinate communication among internal stakeholders for partner-facing activities
- Manage regular meetings with partners, including JSC meetings, working group meetings, and other ad hoc or project based meetings
- Provide biweekly or monthly update on alliance projects and progress to the management team; will also have opportunities to present directly to the company board
- Manage alliance related documents, using cloud drive tools, and ensure timely and accurate documentation of all key alliance activities
- Play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of alliance related presentations to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing PowerPoint to convey project strategies, statuses, and insights effectively.
- Provide strategic support and advice to the Vice President of Business Development
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Company.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of industry experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare.
- Bachelor’s degree in science or a related field, with a master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Proven track record in project management and cross function stakeholder management.
- Regulatory affairs and/or supply chain experience highly regarded, preferably with a background in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or related sectors.
- Consulting background is a plus, bringing advanced analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and a robust analytical approach to data-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment, supporting and driving strategic initiatives at the senior management level.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a proactive and structured approach to managing projects and stakeholder communications.Verbal and written proficiency in Chinese is highly advantageous.
