Business Development Manager

The Role:
The Business Development Manager will be focusing on business development efforts of Alliance Healthcare's Digital Healthcare solution(Also known as HeyAlly/AllyHealth) to clinics and allied healthcare providers.
- Monitor and increase adoption and utilization of the Ally mobile app and services through campaign development and sustained engagements with customers and end users.
- Strategize, plan and execute business plans to grow business and increase users base via direct sales & marketing, partnerships, campaigns marketing.
- Identifies growth potential in new sectors, formulate sales and marketing plans which support profitable new business and retention objectives.
- Achieves individual and department sales goals to ensure company’s business goals including new revenue, profitability, retention objectives are met.
- Manage and execute the sales process from successful prospecting through point of sale and positioning the company’s service offerings to customers as solutions to meet customer’s requirements.
- Keep up to date with market trends and initiatives to ensure contents within the solution are relevant and competitive.
- Track and conduct monthly reviews of sales targets and take necessary action to close gaps to ensure objectives are achieved.
- Participates in overall brand management, marketing communications, creatives and through the line activities.
**Requirements**:
- Good sales/business development track records in enterprise business sections
- 4 years of working experience in Sales/Business Development/Account Management role
- Prior knowledge and experience in medical technology and healthcare will be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with good commercial and financial acumen
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently, interact well and reach out to all levels within the organization while promoting a team environment
- Degree qualification will be highly regarded, however, not essential
