**JOB SUMMARY**

Responsible for sales support administrative matters.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- You need to handle telephone/online catering sales enquiries.
- Establish client relationship and build rapport.
- Able to generating of new corporate clients through cold calling.
- You need to assist clients in event planning, packaging and menu selection.
- You need to prepare event order according to established S.O.P.
- Maintain all Catering and Conference files in accordance with established procedures and standard.
- You need to prepare monthly sales reports for Heads of Department.
- Conduct daily briefing on latest promotions.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales coordinators to achieve monthly sales targets.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- You must have a “O” Level / Diploma in the Hospitality industry.
- You must have a minimum 2 years of experience in corporate sales will be an advantage.
- Able to converse effectively in English and Chinese to handle both English and Chinese speaking customers.
- Must be self-driven and sales orientated.
- You must an outgoing personality, highly motivated and independent individual and yet as a team member.
- Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
