**Who are we looking for?**:
The incumbent will be providing technical support in plating chemicals to customers in the Semiconductor and PCB accounts through close technical expertise and process solutions for customer lines.
**What will you be doing?**:
- To lead new process installation/ start up for semiconductor and PCBs accounts. Prepare operating guides to be Best Practice requirement. Complete process installation with required performance and reliability test for acceptance.
- Liaising with customers during qualification test providing trouble-shooting advice after installation.
- Provide technical support and process related technical solutions for Best Practice process control and operations. Set standard operating guides for specific process and customers.
- To monitor, improve, and review chemical related process parameters for PCB/Semiconductor industries with technical service visit and audits.
- Coach, mentor and train TS team members on Technical know-how to ensure technical competencies are up to standard to support designated accounts.
- To collaborate with Sales team to guide and select products for Semi-Conductor and PCBs industries.
**Who are You?**:
- Minimum qualification requirement with Engineering/Chemical Diploma or bachelor’s degree in chemical/manufacturing engineering.
- Preferably with experience 10 to 15 years or more in Technical Field Service/Engineering/Chemical process in PCB and Semiconductor process/Electronics manufacturing engineering technical roles.
- Experience in chemical processes; Metallization/Electrolytic Plating/Organic/Metallic Solderability Preservative process and metal surface treatments process for adhesion on mould and die attach compound.
- Able to work independently and effectively with minimum supervision, self-driven and self-motivated to get the job done.
**What competencies will you need?**:
- Written and spoken of English Language. Skilled in maintaining documentation in processes, testing results and analysis report.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Driving license and own a car. Willing to travel within Asia region or relocate as required during work to perform the technical service duties.
