This position will report to the Technical Service Director of the Taiwan Manufacturing plant and is responsible in managing manage all activities during the pilot plant phrase e.g. batch manufacturing. Cleaning maintenance, equipment addition/change and validation.

**In this role you will be**:

- Collaborate with R&D team on new product introduction and provide technical advice during the different stages of meetings and provide input on process feasibility and manufacturing capability
- Manage the technical transfer process from R&D to operations which includes supporting submission batch execution, leading in initial process validation, document review and approval.
- Assist in technical advice for Lotus commercial.
- Review the relevant dossier filing sections for submission from a Technical Service POV.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a combination of experience and education
- 6 years of experience in a Manufacturing environment, soft gels / Capsule, Tablet production.
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage a wide spectrum of external and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical with an eye for detail
